Hi, I’m Thamina, and I work with people who are used to taking care of everyone else, but aren’t used to being taken care of themselves.

I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen how easy it is to lose yourself in responsibility, expectations, and constantly being there for others. Having a space where you don’t have to perform, fix anything, or have it all figured out can be incredibly beneficial.

In our sessions, my goal is to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and genuinely yours. You don’t need to come in with the “right” words or a clear plan. we can take things at your pace. Some days we might focus on practical ways to manage stress or set boundaries, and other days we might slow down and explore what’s been building underneath the surface.

I take a gentle, collaborative approach, helping you reconnect with yourself while also building tools that make day-to-day life feel more manageable.

Over time, our work can help you feel more balanced, more present, and more able to care for yourself in the same way you care for others.
